I dont think this is going to work. Because the only people that will follow the rules probably are not in gangs. We have good kids and can tell you they love to go skate at night. It scares the crap out of me to think of what could happen. I had 9 boys at my house getting ready to go skate, when I read this. I went in to tell them about it. I told them you are a moving target for any gang banger. They hate hearing that. It is not something they want to encounter. Having said that they also dont enjoy the skatepark atmosphere. Cant you people in this town give our kids something cool, fun, enjoyable, and safe to do. So they feel like they belong. By the way when they are out skating in the day time, people are rude.
